1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or utilizing services provided by Christa Group (Christa Design Studio and Christa Sign World), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
2. Scope of Services
Christa Group provides multidisciplinary services encompassing:
- Design & Digital: Branding, UI/UX design, web engineering, 3D architectural visualization, and motion graphics.
- Fabrication & Signage: Custom LED boards, titanium/metal lettering, acrylic sandwich boards, neon signs, CNC precision cutting, and on-site commercial installation.
3. Intellectual Property
All showcase graphics, 3D code assets, visual artwork, and website designs featured on this website are the proprietary property of Christa Group. Custom design deliverables prepared for clients are transferred upon receipt of full contractual payment as outlined in individual project proposals.
4. Quotations & Work Approval
All estimates and project timelines provided via WhatsApp, email, or formal invoices are based on client specifications. Fabrication and production commence upon formal client sign-off on design proofs and payment of the agreed advance deposit.
5. Jurisdiction
Any disputes arising under or related to services rendered shall be governed exclusively by the courts having jurisdiction in Bangalore, Karnataka, India.
